We act as your agent for customs clearance purposes. You remain responsible for:
Accuracy of all declared information
Payment of all duties, taxes, and customs fees
Compliance with import/export regulations
Our liability for loss or damage to shipments is limited as follows:
Maximum liability per kilogram as per industry standards
Additional insurance coverage available upon request
Specific limitations outlined in our service agreements
All quotations are:
Valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
Subject to change based on actual shipment details
Exclusive of taxes, duties, and unforeseen charges
Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance
Late payments may incur interest charges
We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts
All prices are in Saudi Riyal unless otherwise specified
Any billing disputes must be submitted in writing within 14 days of invoice date.
All content, logos, trademarks, and materials on our website and platforms are the property of Oboor Pro Logistics or our licensors. You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials
Use our trademarks without written permission
Reverse engineer our systems or software
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
Uninterrupted or error-free service
Specific delivery timelines (subject to external factors)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through:

Second, mediation in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Finally, arbitration in accordance with Saudi Arabian arbitration laws
